Ihr müsst lediglich auf 'Systemsteuerung' 'Zeit, Sprache und Region' 'Sprache und Region' (oder Region und Sprache wie auch immer es dasteht) und dann das 'Gebietsschema' auf Japanisch umstellen.
Je nach Betriebssystem müsst ihr das Japanische Sprachpaket runterladen (kostenlos über google) oder aber nicht (Win7 ist alles vorinstalliert).
